A piece of Amethyst or clear quartz
When You Should Do This
During the Full Moon
Procedures
- On the night of the full moon, take your crystal outside and if it’s clear, hold it up to the moon and let the moonlight shine down on it. If it isn’t clear, hold it up toward where the moon should be.
- Speak these words, or those of your own design.
- Mother moon, shine upon me, open my heart, my soul, and my inner eye. Mother moon, smile upon me, remove all blockage to my gift and let me find the truth. Mother moon, love me as I love you and send your love to this stone.
- Hold the crystal in your hand until you feel the energy of the moon has filled it.
- Keep the crystal on your altar and keep it near you whenever you are working on divination or healing.
Notes
You can, of course, change any part of the incantation to match your faith and your path. You can also use whatever crystal speaks to you and your gift.
