New Moon in Capricorn - December 26, 2019

December’s new moon in Capricorn is a clue from the universe to prepare yourself for an energy boost toward working on yourself and your goals. This is the moon to use for working to mature in many ways, organize your life and goals, take responsibility for your life and goals and allow your ambition to run a little wild.

This moon is connected to Jupiter, so expect luck, growth and expansion to be part of the energy you are working with.

If you worked with shedding baggage and blocks during the December Cold Moon, then you will now see how to fill in those spaces you created in your journey. You’ll want to prepare yourself for all of these things as well as the energy found at the end of this year.

Expect to be busy with projects and goals during this new moon, while building toward the next steps in these areas. Remember to take time for self-care so you don’t wear yourself out before you’re finished with the work.

Keep success at the forefront of your mind and it will be yours. That’s what this moon is about, bringing success to fruition in your life.

Crystal Grid for the New Moon and Success

You will need:

Aventurine for Opportunity

Sodalite for Truth

Citrine for Success

Clear Quartz for Amplification

Rose Aura Quartz for Mood Lifting

Green Fluorite for Stabilization

Tiger’s Eye for Protection

I’ve done a more free form grid for this moon. Arrange your stones however they speak to you. I like circles, but you can truly make your grid any shape you like.

Once you’ve completed your grid, don’t forget to empower it and energize it. The photo below is of my empowered grid for success, wealth, and abundance. If you can’t make a grid of your own for whatever reason, please feel free to use mine. Add your energy and intent to the photo and use it in place of a physical grid.

As you can see, I’ve placed a clear quartz point at the center and along the center line. All of the points are pointing into the center to bring these energies into your life. The Rose Aura Quartz is the rest of the inner circle. The next circle alternates citrine and tiger’s eye with the sodalite finishing out the center line. The outer ring alternates aventurine with fluorite.

I recommend setting up your grid the night of the new moon and leaving it up until the next full moon so it can continue to work while you act in alignment.

Manifesting Wealth and Abundance

The new moon is usually a time for manifestation magic, but the Sagittarius New Moon is even moreso. What will you manifest for yourself during this highly energetic time? Will it be extra money for the holidays? Perhaps a particular gift you’ve longed to receive? Whatever it is, dream big and keep the energy flowing until the full moon on December 12, 2019.

What Do I Need

• Selenite-to clear energies and remove negativity
• Rose Quartz-to take down the blocks we put up around ourselves that block both good and bad
• Clear Quartz-to encourage clarity
• Green Aventurine-for money
• Citrine-to drawn money your way
• The Law of Abundance Check, made out to yourself.

When Should I Do This?

During the three day window of the New Moon in November (25-27)

What Should I Do?

1. Arrange the Rose Quartz, Clear Quartz, Green Aventurine, and Citrine on your altar or in your sacred space. Choose a pleasing design, but don’t stress over it.
2. Pass the Selenite over the stones after you have arranged them, visualizing any negativity flowing away from the stones and out of your life.
3. When the stones feel clear, lay the selenite into the arrangement of the stones, making it part of the arrangement.
4. Hold your hands over the stone arrangement for several moments, allowing the energy to wash over you. Pay attention to which stones speak loudest to you.
5. Take this time to also feel through your desires and choose those you wish to focus on for this ritual. Perhaps you have a specific amount of money you need to pay a bill, or an amount you have determined will make for the best holiday season you and your family have had in years. Whatever it is, focus on the what, not the how. The how is not your job. Leave that up to the Universe.
6. Print out and then cut out the check.
7. When you have a clear idea of what you want to manifest, write a statement of it on the back of the check.

1. I am happy and grateful to receive ___________ (fill in the blank with your desire) within the next _________ (fill in the blank with a time frame you feel is workable, but go for the gold here, knowing it may take longer, but it will come). I release the “How” to the universe and have complete faith in the process of bringing this to my reality. This or something better. So it is, so it shall be.

8. Write your name on it in the “To The Order Of” space on the check.
9. Fold the check and tuck it under the citrine in your crystal arrangement.
10. Speak these words, or those of your own making.

1. I surrender the how and only know that the universe will provide what I have asked to be brought into my life. I am the maker of my own reality and my mindset is open to all possibilities and positive outcomes. The thoughts I think today are creating the reality of my future, so I will maintain a positive outlook while this magic works. As I will it, so shall it be.

11. This is the hardest part of this ritual: Walk Away!

1. Do not focus on the check, the amount, or anything but maintaining a positive mindset. If you feel yourself drifting into the negative, or focusing on the spell too much, take the selenite from the crystal arrangement and pass it over yourself and the arrangement to again clear the energy and return to a positive mindset.

12. Now go on about your life and forget about this spell. What you have asked for will come to you faster if you let the magic work in the background rather than trying to focus on it. If you focus on it, you are attempting to control it. This is an exercise in surrender, too.
13. Leave the crystal arrangement and check in place until the spell manifests your desired outcome.
14. When that happens, celebrate your success. Enjoy it and live in it. Use that positive energy to power your belief in yourself and your ability to create the reality you want to live in.

Notes

If your spell doesn’t work in the time frame you set forth initially, don’t lose faith. The magic is working, but you have to release your blockages for it to come to fruition. You must also act in accord. If you’re asking for wealth to come into your life, you cannot quit your job and sit on your butt, eating bonbons all day. You must take an active part in building wealth. Manifestation is not wish fulfillment. It doesn’t happen without your input and action. Take small actions each day towards your goal and you will see it come into fruition sooner than if you wait for the Universe to fulfill a wish.
